Friendship

Of all the loved ones we have

With some we have bonds.

These bonds were made

When we first met

Though they were not sturdy may be.

But as we get to know each other

The bond gets stronger.

When its strength is at its best

A new feeling begins

This is called what is known to the world as friendship.

Having fun together

And caring for each other

Makes friends forever.

Distance can keep away friends,

Problems may arise

But the bond will never fail

As long as friendship holds up the sail.
